A programme designed specifically for you with up to 4 solo weekly sessions, renewed every 6 weeks after a full reassessment & new progression plan
Weekly detailed feedback (video form-checks)
Unlimited support via Telegram (voice notes, messages, video capsules)
Live calls on Zoom, when you need them (at least 1/mo)
