This premium format is an ongoing dialogue offering you frequent & highly personalised guidance while supporting your autonomy.

You will receive supporting material curated specifically for you:

Private showcases of demo videos will guide you throughout each new training phase in addition to regular feedback & individualised cueing

At a glance, ONLINE COACHING includes:

  • A programme designed specifically for you with up to 4 solo weekly sessions, renewed every 6 weeks after a full reassessment & new progression plan

  • Weekly detailed feedback (video form-checks)

  • Unlimited support via Telegram (voice notes, messages, video capsules)

  • Live calls on Zoom, when you need them (at least 1/mo)
