Cancellation Policy

Courses, Workshops & Privates (in person/online)

• 25% retainer fee

• no refund 2 calendar dates prior to starting date

• non-transferable

Online Coaching & Live Online Private Plus

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the secure Stripe customer portal (link provided in your confirmation email).

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

• If you wish to rejoin after cancellation, you are welcome to subscribe again at the current rate.

Coach cancellation

In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled (e.g., due to illness or emergency), participants will be offered one of the following:

• A rescheduled session at a mutually suitable time,

• A credit of equal or higher value applicable to future classes,

• Or a proportional refund for the cancelled session.

Cancellations will communicated as early as possible.
