STEP 1 · INTAKE

The process starts with a thorough and customised assessement of relevant mobility and skillset via video uploads on Telegram.

You will also be asked to detail your goals, needs, availability, training background and injury history.


STEP 2 · TRAINING PHASE

Programme

You will receive a tailor-made 6-week programme comprised of up to 4 solo weekly sessions, wich includes demo videos and cues specific to your training.

The document is designed to be a live & interactive workout journal. You will be able to:

  • measure & keep track of your performance

  • leave general notes to yourself &/or to me

  • check out completed sessions as you progress through the phase.

Feedback & Communication

Throughout the 6 weeks, you will receive:

  • personalised feedback with weekly video form-checks

  • unlimited communication via Telegram (voice notes, messages, video capsules)

  • scheduled calls on Zoom, as needed (at least 1/mo)


STEP 3 · PROGRESS ASSESSMENT

At phase end, a call will be scheduled on Zoom to assess progress/goals/availability moving forward to the new phase.

You will receive your new programme after a week of deload (light training or rest, as needed).
