How does it work?

Step 1 · intake

The process starts with a thorough and customised assessement of your relevant mobility and skillset, via video uploads on Telegram.

Via email or a call, you will also be asked to detail your goals, needs, availability, training background and injury history. This will give all of the information needed to write a training programme & select coaching material most adequate and efficient for you.

 

step 2 · training

Programme

To support your training, you will receive tailor-made programmes which:

  • include up to 4 solo weekly sessions, catered to your availability/capacity

  • include demo videos and cues specific to your needs

  • are reassessed & upgraded as needed every 6 weeks in close communication with you to guarantee continued alignment with your goals & progression.

All coaching material is designed to support your training from the comfort of your home/local gym with handy demo clips & minimal gear & equipment needed.

The programme is a live & interactive workout journal, allowing you to:

  • self-assess by measuring & tracking your performance

  • leave notes to yourself &/or to me

  • check off completed sessions as you progress through the phase.

Feedback & Support

This coaching format is structured like an ongoing dialogue that follows closely your progression day to day, in all the aspects of your training & in ways that are supportive to you, not only on a technical front but also in terms of motivation, consistency & accountability.

Throughout each phase, you will receive:

  • personalised & detailed feedback with weekly video form-checks

  • unlimited communication via Telegram (voice notes, messages, video capsules)

  • live calls on Zoom, as needed (at least 1/mo)


step 3 · REassessment

Every time you reach a phase end, on week #6, a period of reasessment is conducted (including optional Zoom call) to assess progress, goals & availability moving forward to the new phase.

You will receive your new programme after a week of deload (light training or rest, as needed).
