Making the intangible visible

Seve Feathers (she/her) manifests imagery of oneiric nature to make the intangible visible in live performances at the intersection of circus (handstands), embodiment and visual art. As an emerging performing artist and director, Seve questions our relations to existence while seeking the cathartic and transformative power of authenticity and embodiment for the audience and the performer alike. As a maker, Seve combines the circus body's physicality with gesture-based choreography in minimalistic non-verbal performances characterised by slow-paced, detailed and stylised embodiment, musicality and conceptual layers.
