Master the straight handstand with technique and a strength-based focus on shoulder alignment and efficiency. Develop strong foundations and re-map the upside-down body.

You will receive a personalised assessment and coaching to a limited amount of participants. You will work on:

  • a selection of foundational exercises based on your specific goals & level, ranging from handstand (HS) at the wall & entries for complete beginner to free-standing practice in the centre of the room, shape changing, press work and one-arm HS preparation

  • alignement awareness exercises,

  • upper body mobility exercises. 

  • LEVEL REQUISITES:
    - a comfortable 30 second plank (start position of a push-up).

  • Who is this workshop suitable for?
    As the workshop is highly individualised, it will be ideal for complete beginners looking for a safe and progressive place to start, people who wish to increase their first few seconds of balance and people who are refining their line and technique to prepare for shape-changing, pressing or one=arms.
